As you may be aware, the 14 volumes of the WHO Classification of Tumours (WHO Blue Books) 5th edition have been completed with the last 4 volumes as beta versions on our web site (https://tumourclassification.iarc.who.int/). Currently, the copy editing, layout, and printing of the final 4 volumes are ongoing, and the 6th edition has been initiated.

There have been many changes in the 5th edition, and the challenge for the 6th will be to revise the existing classification and the text as necessary based on newest evidence, to improve the levels of evidence cited, and to provide high quality images which can serve as international standard.

The 6^th edition Soft Tissue and Bone tumours is about to commence, and we invite you, as an end user of the classification, to provide us with any specific feedback you may have related to this volume. Your invaluable feedback will help as the foundation for the 6^th edition Soft Tissue and Bone tumours and for 6th edition overall.
